The process of arrest , trial and sentencing has been gone through by an individual. These processes does not at any cost change my opinion of the judicial process because
1.The judicial system by itself is to maintain law and order as well as justice at any cost.
2.It has its own process or steps after taking up a case.
3.Arrest, trial and sentencing is a proper method to find justice for a case.
4.In each level various evidences are provided and the case is proved at every stage.so there is no change of opinion about the judicial process or system.
