• Early brain development does gets a boost with stimulation,by providing challenges to do things which an infant might not be ready to do.Early stimulation in the form of exercises,playing, and early potty training play an important role in boosting brain development especially in Asian and African cultures.
• Studies have shown that early stimulation causes the neurons in the baby's brain to increase in both number and specialization as they learn new skills and become more mobile.Stimulation involves providing challenges to the baby to engage their entire bodies and senses in exploring the world and different objects around them,both indoors and outdoors.
• Infants actually manage to distinguish between the sounds of any language in the world when they are four months old, but by the time they are eight months old they loose this ability.Early stimulation can help children not only learn how to speak their native language but also develop the ability to learn other languages as well.By interacting with people at a young age,they can develop this ability which would increase their brain development as well,and they would be able to speak 2-3 languages as they grow older.
