What is privileged communication/confidentiality? Identify a scenario where a mental health practitioner is obligated to breach confidentiality in regards to a child.

In Privilege confidentiality, it is the responsibility of the counsellor to make sure that he or she doesn't leak any information about the client. In Privilege communication, it is the the patient's privilege not to face any discloser by ths counseller. However the counsellor might be forced to disclose a child's information if the child is a threat to himself or herself or if he or she is a threat to others.
