For the outline 1, In general, I can see that there are more advantages which outweighs the disadvantages. Happy employees are more satisfied and can work with great efficiency and be more productive. So all the advantages are related to performance of every employees while disadvantages are more of concerned values or culture which does not affect the performance in any way.
