A] By Brags law,

2 d* sin theta = n*lambda where symbols have usual meaning

theta1 = arcsin (lambda/2d) where lambda = hc/E = 1240 eVnm/15e3eV = 0.08267 nm

= arcsin (0.08267/0.220)

= 22.07 degree

B] second order diffraction , theta = arcsin (lambda/2d) where lambda = hc/E = 1240 eVnm/15e3eV = 0.08267 nm

= arcsin (0.08266667/0.220)

= 48.72 degree
