Yes , we can conclude that there is a negative association between the two variables that is between mean number of square feet per office worker and mean monthly rental rate in the central business district.

The correlation ranges from -1 to 1 , the correlation value less than 0 indicates negative correlation and value greater than 0 indicates positive correlation and value of correlation equal to 0 indicates no association or no correlation between the two variables . Here tha value of correlation is -0.363 indicating a negative correlation between the two variables that means as value of one of the variable increases the value of other variable decreases.
