Answer #1

An organization while staffing employees possess various requirements based on which such openings are valid. There are certain business demand and service of an organization, hance based on such demands, organizations need to recruit. The parameters are basic educational qualification, domain from where individuals needs, years of professional experience, etc.

The stakeholders requirement needs to be important in this context as they will be taking the final call . I believe that the role of the stakeholders in the organization is very important and hence they need to be responsible enough to take decisions based on the requirement of the organization. A stakeholder can be a manager, employee or text client and we can understand the importance of stakeholders in this context.
