Yes it is possible that it can be Manganese (II) Phosphate.

No. of Manganese ion = 8 + 1 = 9

No. of phosphate ion = 6

Charge on Manganese ion = +2

Charge on phosphate ion = -3

clearly, product of charge and no. of ions are equal i.e, 18

Thus each lattice is neutral in charge.
