Processing Time of B1 = 8 minutes

Processing Time of B2 = 10 minutes

Processing Time of B3 - a = 10 minutes

Processing Time of B3 - b = 15 minutes

Processing Time of B4 = 9 minutes

Since B3-a and B3-b both are responsible for same activity.

Hence, average time for Activity B3 = (10+15)/2 = 12.50 minutes

Average Time per customer = 8+10+12.50+9 = 39.5 minutes
