see independent samples test here in t test for equality of means in this the significance for both cases when population equal variance assumed and not assumed i.e p value for both is greater than level of significance(generally we take alpha= 0.05,0.01,0.1) in both cases null hypothesis is accepted. therefore there is no significantly evidence to say that men has more education than womens.
