I assume that you have drawn the bands and labelled the wells correctly (answer a and b).
d) Since DNA is negatively charged, it moves from the negative electrode to the positive electrode. Thus, the side with the wells is the negative, and the opposite end is the positive.
e) The DNA in the lane one is the ladder which is used to compare the sizes of the various bands obtained.
f) The dad #1 whose DNA sample is run in lane 4 is the father. We can conclude this by matching the bands of the child with those of the father and the mother. Each band in the child's sample will either correspond to the mother or the father. The top most band of the child comes from the mother, the second band comes from dad #1, the third band also comes from dad#1 and the fourth band comes from the mother. Thus, we can conclude that dad#1 is the father of the child.
