Two wires carrying current in the same direction attract each other, and they repel if the currents are opposite in direction , In our case wire 1 and wire 2 carry current in opposite direction Therefore,

Force on wire 2 due to wire 1 is = Towards Right(+ve X-axis) i.e Repelling Force.

2.)
Current in wire 1 has direction out of the page , Therefore using Right hand thumb rule - Thumb points in the direction of current and finger curls in the direction of Magnetic field. Therefore,
The direction of magnetic field is Counter clockwise.
