5."Save Transaction" can be used in that case or "SAVEPOINT" which leads to creation of savepoint which is a point in the database.We can roll back to this point using ROLLBACK.

6.Stored procedures can be used in that case which can be defined with the paricular query and can be called over and over.We are not using a function here because function must return a value while with stored procedure it is not necessary.

i)Whenever we need to perform some task when event occurs then we can use triggers.

It can be used when performing events .These are event driven procedure.This can be used after or before insertion of the row in the table or any other reason.

It can be used to trigger mail to client if any one tries to change the data in a table.

ii)We can use it for security purpose on keeping on chcek whether who logged in using LOGON triggers.

8.i)A Stored Procedure can be used as a modular programming which means create once, store and call for several times whenever it is required.
