Answer 1 :A mission statement is forcefully way to motivate employee and your team towards a goal.If mission statement is not effective than the organization suffer a huge loss. Weak mission statement resulted in problems in the organization as follows :

  • Goals are not cleared to an employee of an organization.As goals are weak and there mission to achieve low.
  • Customer are not attract from the mission statement.
  • Mismanagement of resources as a mission is quite weak.
  • Not able to compete with competitors in order to grab maximum share.
  • Mission statement is vague and cannot be able to follow proper path.

2. Walmart has good mission statement . * We save people money so that they can live better* .It's main aim is to grab attention of the customer and provide better product available to them.

3. It's good because it help to provide motivation to an employee as wellS provided a common goal that employee has been achieved through working together in best possible manner.It increases brand loyalty and customer value . It creates basic strategic planning for a organization in order to grab maximum goals.
