Answer the following question. Your response should be 150 words.

1. Amy and Sam, both under 30 years old, are each applying for a corporative executive position within Corporation A. Both are equally qualified. The hiring manager worries that Amy might choose to start a family in the future. In that case, he will have to grant her three months of paid maternity leave. To him, that means three months of lost productivity. However, the hiring manager has not asked Amy whether she intends to start a family, since asking that question is a violation of federal law. The hiring manager is equally torn between hiring Amy and Sam. Should he consider the possibility that Amy might start a family, and the effect this would have on Corporation A’s productivity? Or would this be unfairly penalizing Amy? Why or why not?

Please read the article and answer about questions. You and the Law Business and law are inseparable. For B-Money, the two predictably merged when he was negotiat- ing a deal for his tracks. At other times, the merger is unpredictable, like when your business faces an unexpected auto accident, product recall, or government regulation change.
