Solution :

As in line with FASB Guidelines, an entity shall report separately information about an operating Segment based totally on profit or loss that meets the subsequent quantitative Threshold :

The Absolute Amount of its said profit or loss is 10% or more of the Greater,in absolute amount, of either:

A. The combined reported profit of all operating segments that did not report a loss .

B. The combined reported loss of all operating segments that did not report a loss .

Segment Absolute Amount of profits-A(S)Absolute Amount of profits-B (S) 40,000 10,000 3,500 20,000 15,000 Total Greater of A&B is 58,500 58,500 32,000 10% of Above Greater Amount 5850 (58,500*10/100)

Therefore Reportable segments are those which has profit or loss from the above $5850 .

Hence A,B,D,E are Reportable Segments.
