Some of the different options available for global companies to recruit for staffing policies are as follows:

  • They choose the region which provides low-cost labor
  • They also prefer skill labor rather than unskill
  • They choose the market-friendly government and the stability in the region
  • Most importantly, they prefer the new employees who are good at multitasking
  • they also prefer the language of the new employees who can easily cope with the business and other operations and many more.

The best option is the low-cost labor which directly increases the profit of the global companies that's why the global companies are moving towards developing countries rather than developed countries to lessen their labor costs and to gain high profits.
