This would be the order

1 mol of hydrogen peroxide gas at 273 K and 40 L

1 mol of fluorine gas at 273 K and 40 L

1 mol of xenon gas at 273 K and 40 L

1 mol of xenon gas at 273 K and 20 L

1/2 mol of xenon gas at 273 K and 20 L

1/2 mol of xenon gas at 100 K and 20 L

1/2 mol of liquid xenon at 100 K

The gas will have a higher entropy than liquids that is why 1/2 mol of liquid xeno has the lowest entropy

entropy will increase as you increase the number of moles

Xenon (Xe) has only 1 atom whereas F2 has 2 atoms of F2

so more atoms will have a higher entropy

a small volume will reduce the movement of molecules, a big volume will allow the molecules to have a free movement so you can expect a higher entropy on a big volume

H2O2 has 4 atoms and has a volume of 40 L, this has the greatest entropy
