At the CATHODE:   Ni ---> Ni2+ + 2e-                        EoR value = -0.26 V

                                2Ni --> 2Ni2+ + 4e-    Electrons balance

At the ANODE:        2Br + 4e- --> 2Br2-               EoR Value = 1.09 V
