West view will include – (a) site that is best station for determining the final melting date of Lava mountain snowpack, (b) Summit that will most likely experience shortest snow season (c) site that is the best indicator for the start of spring snowmelt season

Lava summit – (a) site that will most likely experience longest snow season (b) site that will most likely show its last snowmelt in june (since it is hilly and thus remains covered with ice in summers too)
