This Airline Reservation system is the main segment of the Passenger Service System that further has a direct communication relationship of passenger airways. It is an information system that generates fast and reliable information about reservation, price, seats, and availability of airline services.

Nowadays, the Computer Reservation System has a very higher value as compared to other hospitality sectors because of its main focus on the reservation process. Before the time, CRS was held only to promote business transaction and booking of air travel but now, the business structure of CRS is widely diversified.
