Ionic Compound : Ionic Compound are compound which are composed of ions held together by Ionic bond.Ionic Bond formed by two elements with a large electronegativity difference between two element. In Ionic compound , metal and non-metal form the ionic bond.

Molecular Compound :Molecular Compound are compound which are composed of elements which shares electron via covalent bond. Covalent bond formed by two elements with a small electronegativity difference between two element. In Covalent compound, two non metal sharing electron.

(a) CH4 is a Molecular compound because C-H bond is covalent bond due to very less electronegativity difference between Carbon and Hydrogen.

(b) NaBr is a Ionic. As sodium is metal and Bromine is a non-metal hence they form ionic bond.

(c) BaF2 is a Ionic compound. As Barium is metal whereas Fluorine is non metal hence they form ionic bond.

(d) CCl4 is a Molecular compound. As both Carbon and Chlorine are non-metal and as two non-metal form covalent bond.

(e) ICl is a Molecular compound. As both Iodine and Chlorine are non-metal and as two non-metal form covalent bond.

(f) CsCl is a Ionic compound As Caesium is metal and Chlorine is a non-metal hence they form ionic bond.

(g) NF3 is a Molecular compound. As both Nitrogen and Fluorine are non-metal and as two non-metal form covalent bond.
