b- Ca+2 ATPase - it is major transport protein occur in the plasma membrane and sarcoplasmic reticulum. (major protein of sarcoplasmic reticulum)

c- Trademilling - major component of thin filament.

d- Motor MAP -stabilizes microtubule

e- actin - assembly and disassembly

f- myosin - disassembly tubulin

g- microtubule - prevent loss of subunit

h- taxol - major component of thick filament.

i - capping protein - dynein

h- cochicin - involve in cell division.
