In the blacks and Hispanics the common trend for discretion is the process if stereotypes that occur in the society that portrayed them to be more agitative and assosciated with criminal activity than the whites. It can be seen that this occurs due to how the media portrays and leads to prejuduce to develop in the mindset of the people. The white community is more likely be influenced by discretion due to the social status as well as the quality if living. The report is based upon the current trends in behavior on an average and may not apply to all on a general basis.
