Hi, as per our regulation first independent question will be answered.
The tumor is 4cm3 size. The thoracic cavity is protcted and enveloed by rigid rib cage. The bdominopelvic region consists of smooth muscles which contrast and relax much easily. if a tumor develops in thoracic region, it is more likely to cause symptoms faster than if found in abodminal part. The thoracic organs like lungs, heart, trachea..get rubbed against each other and cannot expand or move away from tumor due to the rib cage. That will exert pressure on these organs.
