Answer:-B- Temperature.

Explanation:- All living systems has many biochemical reactions for growth and repair of damaged tissues. These reactions are called metabolism, they require high activation energy, to reduce the cell’s consumption of energy, some catalysts plays an important role. These catalysts are called enzymes, these are biological catalysts made up of protein molecules. There are several factors which affect the speed of the enzyme, these factors are concentration of enzyme, concentration of substrate, temperature, hydrogen ion concentration (pH), inhibitors etc..

Enzymes are extremely sensitive to temperature changes. Enzyme activity takes place within a narrow range of temperature. Each enzyme has a particular temperature in which it is more active that temperature is called its optimal temperature. If the temperature decreases enzyme activity lowers and when again the temperature increases enzyme can resume its activity.
