• For the above question, I have selected the Education Sector which is to be one of the biggest corporate sector in the world with a lot of activity going on with half of the world data been at work because of them.
• The education institutes are the one's responsible for all of the innovations and the advancements in the technologies. By giving an wise option it is an automating process.
• The data about the students, experiments in labs, schedules, alumni's,etc. There is a lot of data to be kept track off. When talking about access to the data it is not at the highest levels.
• To ensure that the information is been reachable to the needy, there is an emergent need of keeping the data centralized and the information depository to improve the communication between the staff, teachers and students.
• By using cloud computing fully, it would make easy to access the information, edit the information, make use of the cloud to the fullest so that the formation of the data can be equally amountable to all of the people associated with it.

Benefits of Cloud in This Sector:

• Larger Universities like Havard, Stanford, IITs,etc where the number of students pursuing studies are enormous.There is a lot of data as each of the student is been studying different subjects giving a large amount of test series.
• Keeping track of such data with the help of the cloud computing will become easy and will come handy. The data that is to be gathered at times will save the time to handle the data.
• The feature of "Access From Anywhere with Anything connected to Internet" is the most important benefit of cloud. We can connect with the information from anywhere in the world with laptop,mobile,etc.

The quesiton would arise that when there are so many files already been taken why will we shift to cloud computing all of the sudden.So here is the answer?

• As, there are lumpsome of data which could fit in the maximum number of files that you could think of and with the help of the cloud computing you could use all the space you need that too virtual.
• The cost for the space directly moves the half of the amount that was being paid.The cost for maintaining the files will also be reduced. There would be a lot of cost saved when we use cloud computing along with the decrease in time and accessibility also increases.
• The migration from files to cloud will take a bit of time but after that it will ease the searching and sorting of the things.

Hence, this is how we can utilize cloud computing in the education sector in United States of America.
