One of the four groups should be concerned with the financial management of the organization.”

Stakeholders for Chemical Processing Plant

1). The owners of the factory - This group of stakeholders will be concerned with maximising their profits. THis group will also be concerned with the financial management of all the monetary resources that are used up for building the new factory

2). New Employees - This group of stakeholders will be concerned with the new employment opportunity that they get and the regular wages that they recieve

3). Residents of the surrounding area - The residents will be concerned with the potential pollution that the setting up of the factory might cause

4). Government - Government is another key stakholder which is responsible for maintaining the law and order while setting up the factory.

Public University

1). Students - Students will be key stakeholders in this situation as they now have more places to apply for their courses and more choices of courses.

2). Teachers - New teachers will have better employment opportunities with the setting up of new public university

3). Government - The govt. is the stakeholder which takes care of the financial management as it is the one that provides monetary resources for setting up the institutions

4). Miscellaneous staff workers - A public university requires administrative staff to handle the day to day affairs in the university premises.
