In order from lowest to highest energy, the sections of the electromagnetic spectrum are named as follows:- Radio waves, Microwave, Infrared, Visible, Ultraviolet, X-rays, Gamma rays. Gamma rays have the highest energies, the shortest wavelengths, and the highest frequencies. On the contrary, Radio waves have the lowest energies, longest wavelengths, and lowest frequencies. Microwaves are the electro-magnetic waves, the frequencies of which corresponds to a wavelength of 1 m.
