The resistance of the resistor is,

                    R = V/I

                       = (100 V)/ (7.1x10-5 A)

                       = 1.408x106 ohms

The capacitance of the capacitor is,

                 t = RC

                C = t/R

                    = (6.00 s)/(1.408x106 ohms)

                    = 4.26x10-6 F

                    = 4.26 uF
