Some may state that we worry far too much about the format and the correctness of business documents. Argue for or against the importance of making sure all business writings (presentations, memos, emails, letters, reports, etc…) are error-free and do not contain slang, misspellings, text abbreviations, or informal formatting?

1. The words use should be precise; there are some words which can be misunderstood, so writing must be clear.
2. The draft is always important as where through written a document for the business can be made, so with proper grammar the information should be covered.
3. The proof reading and edition is a must to improve on the business writing skills as where the provided information should not be meaningless.
