After collecting, you must record how much money (specifically bill denominations) was collected from each store and then calculate the grand total. You currently are counting by hand, using a simple calculator and recording this in a notebook. After being in this SDEV120 course, you know that you can create a program to help you with this nightly task. You know that if this is successful, you can promote this to the other managers as well as other local stores that have chains, so you want to create proper documentation.

Project description :

Build a software application that automated the work of a night manager. This product will provide us a way to record each every data of the store i.e how much money individual store earns each day after this software automatically generates Grand total amount of the recorded data. This software is very useful for those who are running their own stores at different places and this software has capability minimize lot of human efforts.

• Reduce the man efforts – as this provide automated calculations there is no need to use manual calculations and no need to manage a notebook.
• No scope for miscalculations – As all the calculations would be done by tested software there would be correct and perfect calculations.
• Secure data Storage- Managers no more need to carry notebook with them as the system involves database connectivity to store all the data within.
• Reduce managers Time – by accomplishing this project ,time spend by managers to note down the information and calculation gets minimized.

So, the aim of this project is to help the managers in doing their work more accurately and more securely.
