citric acid is triprotic acid = H3A

H3A +    3NaOH -----------------------> Na3A +   3H2O

M1V1/n1 = M2 V2 / n2

0.0446 x 30.0 / 1 = M2 x 20.7 / 3

M2 = 0.194 M

molarity of NaOH = 0.194 M
