Looking at the arrangement of the ligands (A, E, C, B and D) around the central metal atom M we can say that,

X is identical with D

Distinct isomers of X in the list would be according to again the arrangement of ligands around the metal center wold be,

X is enantiomeric with A

X is distinct with B

X is dstinct with C

X is distinct with E

Ligands arranged in the same manner as in X would be identicsl isomer. Ligands arragned in a mirror image fashion would be enentiomeric isomer and rest all would be distinct isomers of X.
