Need help so for my operation management class we have to pick a company that has a problem with employee empowerment and the problems that it causes and how it go a head and solve it.

During the time of research I came across an American based company that which had a problem regarding employee empowerment. They cleared that employee empowerment leads to some problems like decisions taken by the less experienced employees leads some problems, poor decision making and failure of relationships among the employees. These are some of the reasons that which was given by the company’s management so that they are not implementing the employee empowerment. But many of the employees are objecting this statement because this is the 21st century and there is no space for the hierarchy style of leadership. Employees of that company are saying that employee empowerment leads to some advantages like employees can take their own decisions that which will increase the job satisfaction, employees can also satisfy the customers more because they can take their own decisions for satisfying customers and employees can learn more things if they failed in the first attempt of decision making.

   But company doesn’t listened what employees said because they had come across many companies that which are facing some problems that who implement the employee empowerment system in their organisations and they doesn’t want ace that problems that which leads to many problems.

   Later company took a decision that employee empowerment system will be applicable to the employees that who had more experience. Employees in that company also accepted this decision because company management gave value to the employee’s words.
