Since standard deviation is known 0 = 20,2

we would use normal distribution to calculate confidence interval

Z(α/2) = Z( 0.01 /2 ) = 2.575

Looking for value 0.99 in the standard normal table to calculate the critical value.

OB. 24/2 = 2.575
