I got the right answer, but i am confused. i never seen this before what supposed to be the reactants were the product and what were supposed to be product were my reactant. Can i get an explanation for why it is the case dor this problem?

Equilibrium between reactants and products means both forward and backward reaction rates are equal and are happening.

It doesn't matter if you write which is reactant all species are present at equilibrium. Only Kp will change as Kp =1/Kp'
