Personal Mission & Objectives Much like a mission statement of a business, a personal mission statement in a PMP is a statement of: (1) who you are (your activities, accomplishments, area of specialization); and (2) who you expect to be (what further area of specialization or change of direction you might seek in the future). Therefore, develop your personal mission statement (who you are, what you're most proud of & who you expect to be). Use your text when discerning elements of a mission and apply those elements to you. Then develop specific and measurable objectives. Note: All Objectives must be tied to career development. (Examples: Objective 1: Obtain the CPA certification two years after graduation with my bachelor's (2023); Objective 2: Earn a promotion in digital sales three years after hire (2026).

Mission Statement:

To dedicate my every day to learn something new and add up to my knowledge bank and achieve my targets of grabbing the opportunities in the education industry and excelling in the field of learning and education as a professor.

Objectives:

• To study for the basic minimum eligibility criteria to be able to enroll myself into the doctorate program after completing masters degree.
• To qualify the entrance exam for admission into doctorate program within a period of 1 year after completing masters.
• To complete my doctorate degree within a period of 3 years after the completion of my masters degree, and adding to my qualification.
• To get admitted into a good university as a professor and start with the job of helping and educating students by imparting whatever knowledge I had gathered over the years.
