margin of error:

the value of 95% confidence from z table is 1.96

margin of error formula

=> z * sqrt(p*(1-p)/n)

=> 1.96 * sqrt(0.212*(1-0.212)/260)

=> 0.050


confidence interval formula

=> point estimate +/- margin of error

=> 0.212 +/- 0.050

=> 0.162 < p < 0.262
