The mean and standard deviation of the sampling distribution of sample means are,

\\ \mu_{\bar x } = \mu = 78 \\\\ => \mu_{\bar x } = 78

\\ \sigma_{\bar x } = \frac {\sigma}{\sqrt n } = \frac { 21}{\sqrt {37}} = 3.452 \\\\ => \sigma_{\bar x } = 3.452
