The idea of location of an electron being an electron cloud is presented by quantum theory. Quantum theory does not study the location of a single electron at a definite time. It studies the probability of finding electron at a place. The probability gives nothing but the location of electron cloud.

All the other given theories presents and studies individual electrons.
