Answer #1

1. Oxidation is the process of removal of e- .

Cu ,Al , Fe and Cr

Cu = 3d^10 4s^1

Al = [Ne]3s^2 3p^1

Fe = 3d^6 4s^2

Cr = 3d^5 4s^1

Hence Al has highest ease of oxidation as removal of e- from p-orbital is easy than s-orbital.

Next to it is Cr dur to small size .

Next is Fe and hardest is Cu .

Hence ease of oxidation from hardest to easiest is ;

Cu <Fe<Cr<Al .
