The structure is captured below. 1H NMR, 13C and FTIR for individual atom is captured below.

The carbon attached to Oxygen is deshielded (downfield) due to electronegative oxygen. The CH2 which is present inbetween CN and Carbonyl is also deshielded due to electron withdrawing group. Rest of the explanation is captured in the below figure.

IR: Streching freq: 2200 cm-1 (C triple bond N) IR: Streching freq: 1780 cm-1 (C=0) n=no of protons attached I=spin quantam n
