The Simulation type of forecasting provides the best confidence for any Company. Simulation is the process of creating a similar scenario which can connect one with the real-life event upon a selected tangible or intangible variable. It thereby aids the Company in making a future decision making with the help of simulation in a more practical way. This report contains information based on the simulation that was conducted in the course of Introduction to Entrepreneurship. Our team’s business idea was that of Big Breweries. The simulation course imparted to us was for the duration of 6-month and the report shall draw the outline of the decisions made by our team, based on such simulations. In addition this report aims to explain how such decisions so taken, have had a positive impact upon the growth of Big Breweries. Besides, the report shall also throw light upon the financial information incidental to the team throughout the 6-months period. In addition, this report shall justify the reasons for our decision-making that led to finishing at the fourth-place in the simulation.
