Each of truck and car experiences same amount of force in opposite direction. This can be explained on the basis of Newton's third law according to which every action has equal and opposite reaction. So each of car and truck experience same amount of force as they apply on the other in opposite direction.

b)

Since each of truck and car experience same amount of force and time of contact is also same for both car and truck. hence the car and truck experience equal amount of impulse.

c)

For each car and truck , we have

Impulse = Change in momentum

Since each car and truck experience same amount of impulse, hence change in momentum is also same for each .

d)

for the same change in momentum, the change in velocity is larger for the object having smaller mass. hence the car will have greater change in velocity as it has smaller mass.

In elastic collision, the total kinetic energy before and after the collision is conserved while in inelastic collision there is loss of energy and hence the total kinetic energy before and after the collision is not conserved.
