But she might encounter some challenges like -

a) She has to handle the international market now

b) lack of knowledge in local language

c) Have to give much focus on sales, markets and line management area along with supply chain management

d) He has to cope up with the local employees of Bangalore city as well

e) Cultural change adjustment

f) Need to go for foreign trips and re-location can also come in between.

g) lack od US market knowledge and foreign market knowledge.
