While doing an audience analysis, before any speech, the question I would ask is, "how are my audience and I different?" reason being below:

- Audience at a set of spectators who comes to listen to the meeting.

- these audience may have different background, culture, interest etc.

- the can never be any same set of people with the same thinking in the group

- all individuals will be different in a group.

- when you know the difference, it would be easy to prepare different topics which interest them and not present the same known topic to them

- this way a greater number of audience can be attracted
