Sea breeze occurs during the day time, when the land surface is heated faster than the neighbouring water bodies. Therefore the air above the land is warmer than the air above the water bodies. Thus warmer air rises, and cold and dense air flows from ocean to land. This makes on shore air flow during the afternoon.

So option D is most suitable answer.
