The trails for the Canyon North Ranch project start at the Northern Gate so that it is furthest away from the nuclear power plant. According to the permit, PG&E is required to prepare a managed access plan for public use of the Canyon lands north of the power plant. Special Condition requires monitoring of the implementation and effects of the public access program
