Market dominance is the measure of the quality of the brand, services or product in relative to its competitors so its mission is to produce variety of products in order to beat the market competition.

  • Speciality market Niche - manufacture to specification

This market address the need of the product or the service that is not being addressed by mainstream providers. It provides product and services for specific group that are overlooked by other businesses. It market the specific niche segment.

  • Delivery response - shortest lead time

Delivery response of any business should be shortest lead time i.e. the time between the initiation and execution of the required process should be less as much as possible in order to provide efficient and effective services and products to attract more and more customers.

  • Market coverage response - produce to changing schedule

Market coverage response will be used in order to change the schedule of the market, the art of the market coverage by the company. It should be new and innovative so that to gain more and more customers attraction.

  • Custom product response - lowest unit cost

Customized product have lowest unit cost because it involves the production of only demanded products hence it reduces the unit costs.

  • Product innovation - manufacture all new product

Product innovation means introduction of new products or services in the market which is not being introduced by other marketers, so new products are manufactured for this perspective in order to gain as much as possible profit and advantages of attracting customers.

  • Technical innovation - new product technology

Technical innovation involves introduction of new technologies in order to enhance the products and its manufacturing styles and provide much more ease to the organization, so for the market perspective new product technology is being introduced in the market by technical innovation.

  • Quick delivery - produce to small batch run / shortest lead time

If the products are being manufactured in small batches then it's delivery will be quick because less numbers of products will be there to deliver and hence it also leads to reduce the lead time of the products.

  • Highest service quality - staff expertise

Highest service quality should be provided by the company by expertising its staff, expert staff can do their work more effectively and efficiently so they also provide their best services by being expert in their own field.
